Outsourcing your creative needs can feel like the “Wild West.” For high quality creative ideation and execution, the demand is high and the supply is low.  So we gathered together more than a dozen creative executives, filmmakers and artists who lead their respective fields and formed a spectrum of services under one happy, healthy umbrella.

BILLY MANN

Philadelphia native William “Billy” Mann began his career writing, arranging, and producing records for what became a string of releases with many of the biggest music artists in the world, reaching sales of over 100 Million albums. P!nk, Robyn, John Legend, Take That, Sting, Joss Stone, Martina McBride are among the long list of prestigious artists in his discography.

In 2008, Billy took on the roles of President of New Music A&R International and President of Global Artist Management of EMI Music. In 2010, Mann was named President of Creative for BMG Rights Management, North America, and founded Manncom Cree-8-iV Management and Green &Bloom/TOPL1NE Entertainment. Alongside Manncom Cree-8-iV and Green & Bloom/TOPL1NE, in 2012 Mann founded The Colors You Like.

Mann has served as a consultant to Sony Pictures Television, Zomba, Warner Chappell, Lockerz Inc. and Bliss Legal, and as an elected Governor representing songwriters for the New York Chapter of NARAS. He sits on the board of Autism Speaks and is a co-founder of the Rema Hort Mann Foundation.

Torre is an Award-Winning writer, director and producer. In the past decade he has become a jack of all trades in the entertainment industry, with extensive experience in marketing, business development, talent management and film production. As one of the youngest executives in the game, Torre worked as both Director of Global Digital Marketing and Director of Video Productions at EMI Music in his early twenties.

Turning his focus to video production, Torre worked on multimillion-dollar productions for artists like Katy Perry and companies like Budweiser. His work on “Yes We Can” made history when it won the first ever Emmy Award for a Web video. With the start of Catalano Productions, Torre combined all facets of his experience to create a one stop shop for clients to custom build Digital New Media Content.

Torre’s work from the Director’s chair has grown from television to film with the award-winning short film “Seasick Sailor” and the internationally-televised “Live from the Artists Den.”

Andrew Clark

Director of Production

Andrew started off in the industry in 2009, as a Set PA on films coming through the Washington, DC area. He moved to LA in 2011 and moved into the production office for numerous films and television shows, including Arrested Development, TNT’s Animal Kingdom, and ABC’s Last Man Standing + American Housewife.

Andrew joins the TCYL team with years of industry contacts and an intricate understanding of the the world of production from every angle. He carries diligence and passion into every assignment, diving into this colorful world to bring new projects off the ground.

Kit Pennebaker

Director of Media and Technology

Kit is an award-winning cinematographer with over 10 years experience shooting documentaries, narrative films, commercials, music videos, live concerts and more. Kit’s unique eye for a compelling frame makes his work truly one of a kind. He has DP’d many episodes of “Live from The Artists Den,” as well as Jerry Seinfeld’s acclaimed series “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.” Much like his father, Academy Award Winning documentarian DA Pennabker, Kit injects a strong story into each frame that he creates, making for some of the most interesting filmmaking out there today.

Allen Kelley

Senior Producer

Allen is an award-winning producer with a decade of experience under his belt. From the biggest reality shows like “Ice Road Truckers,” to the biggest cable series like HBO’s upcoming show “Outcast,” Allen is at the forefront of logistics and budget overview. Allen has also produced a multitude of short and feature narrative films, collaborating with Torre Catalano on many of them. Allen’s other production credits include Netflix’s “Spoils of Babylon,” Sundance’s Official Selection “White Bird in a Blizzard” and broadcast commercials for brands like Lincoln and Puma.

Julia Muecke

In 2008 Julia ventured on to become DVD Product Manager at the Cologne based media company Brainpool Artist and Content Services. 2010 is when Julia finally decided to go self employed and founded MueckeMedia. Ever since then Julia edits what she’s shot and planned by herself, and sometimes inspires clients with her creative input on how to marked content. In a nutshell: Julia is good with media, knows marketing and sorts things out. Since 2013 the MueckeMedia headquarter is based in Berlin, but due to Julia’s network you can access her services all over Germany – well in fact, all over the world.

Jojo Pennebaker

Pennebaker has worked as a director, producer, camera, and editor of feature films, documentaries, concert films, commercials and music videos for over 20 years – working with the biggest bands and brands in the world.  Among his various credits, are The Academy Award nominated films The “War Room and “STARTUP.com.” Since his work on those films, Jojo has lent his skills to some of the most-viewed projects in music, including films with bands like Pearl Jam, Bon Jovi, Phish, The Grateful Dead, Bob Dylan and more. He is one of the most trusted names in entertainment, shooting for sports, music and television’s largest projects.
